This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Renie Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the RIOS platform and any associated software, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in connection with Renie Holdings operations.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) sublicense, sell, or transfer access to the Service to any third party without our prior written consent.
The Service and all related intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Renie Holdings LLC. This Agreement does not convey any ownership interest in the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Intuit QuickBooks, Slack, Google Workspace, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENIE HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which Renie Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
