Erick Renie Velasquez is a 30-year U.S. Army veteran, CBRN officer, battalion commander, and the founder of Renie Holdings. He has commanded thousands of soldiers, managed billions in defense programs, and served at every level from private to lieutenant colonel — in combat, in command, and at the Pentagon.
Renie Holdings carries his name because it carries his standard. The creed — Honor. Trust. Legacy. — is not a marketing slogan. It is a sequence: one must have Honor to gain Trust to build a Legacy. Every venture, every decision, every relationship is measured against that standard.

Renie Consulting LLC delivers CBRN defense program management, strategic advisory, and acquisition support to the Department of War. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business embedded at the Pentagon, bringing clarity where complexity threatens mission readiness.
With 30 years of military leadership and $7B+ in CBRN defense program oversight, we operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — managing governance at the Service, Joint, and Department of War levels, guiding programs through the Joint Force Requirements Process, and ensuring capability gaps are closed with discipline and precision.
Our consulting practice is built on a proprietary framework designed to install organizational structure and operational discipline — across industries, not just defense. Government contracting is where we operate today. The long game is bigger.
